I had a great overall experience with the staff at Triumph Brooklyn. I had a 2018 Street Twin and was looking to upgrade to a bigger bike. Cary, my sales guy, couldn't have been any better - knowledgable and easy to work with. He let me test ride a few bikes and then I made my decision to go with the T120 Bonny. I picked my accessories and worked with staff on that - not an easy task as they needed to order from other dealers - needed a week or two for the accessories to come in. They were fair to me on my trade in and gave me a good price after some negotiations. I then worked with the finance manager Arnold to close the deal which was a much better experience than working with other finance managers at car dealers for instance. This is the place to visit if you are interested in Triumphs for sure!

Had a fantastic experience with the guys at Triumph of Brooklyn. Roger, the sales exec, was always friendly and responsive. Ameury, the general manager, and Arnold, finance manager, worked extremely hard to make a deal that didnt break the bank - this despite the fact that my FICO score is very average coming out of the pandemic. I really appreciate their efforts to get me onto a bike that I have long coveted, the Rocket 3, and looking forward to doing repeat business with a great group of guys. Thank you!
